Create Flash Video Files

To play videos in Flash, the video files must be in the FLV format. There are two ways to create Flash FLV video files:

1. Convert an existing file into the FLV format
   This method uses a conversion utility to encode files from different formats into FLV.
2. Export an FLV file from an editing application such as Adobe After Effects
   This method uses plugins with other applications to enable direct exporting of FLV files.
