direct from PV-A206 to PC for dvd recording

I am wondering if there is a simple way of connecting this old video camera directly to my PC so I can transfer the videos to dvd.
The camera I have is a Panasonic Palmcorder IQ PV-A206. I have the audio video cable that has the ,what I think is called the mini phono plug, to the audio/video jacks that will hook up to a tv. Is there an adapter or a different kind of cable I can buy to hook up to my PC?

You will need a way to convert the analog signal from your camcorder to the digital signal the computer needs. There are several ways to do this:

    (1) Buy a video capture card for your computer. Your camcorder will plug directly into this card.
    (2) Buy a standalone converter which converts the signal to USB or Firewire.
    (3) If you have access to a digital video camera, you may be able to use this as a converter.
