That's a very broad question and the answer will depend on many factors. There is no single format which works well for everyone. See the following pages for some info which will get you started in the decision-making process:

My recommendation is Flash video. Whichever format you choose, you've got some learning to do . Feel free to come back with specific questions after you've read the basics about different options.

Thanks Dave, I like to learn, and as I see flash format is universal for almost all browsers? So how can I convert video to flash? Using Premiere as this site recomending?? or??

You will need a converter of some sort. Assuming you don't want to buy the whole Flash program, there are plenty of cheaper converters available (try searching for "convert video to flash").

On2 Technologies has a few encoding applications available at https://flix.on2.com/cart/store.php. They start at around $US40, but for optimum results you'll need something with 2-pass encoding such as Flix Pro ($US249). Sorenson Squeeze is also a very good application (www.sorensonmedia.com).

Alternatively, you could pay someone to do the encoding.

I am in the process of writing a step-by-step tutorial for flash video. We will have our video player available for download and full instructions on how to get video going on your website. It will be in our Flash Video section. I can't make any promises but I hope to have the basic tutorial published within about a week.
