    Video On Website...but

I know how to embed fine and all that...but how would you embed a file onto a certain part of the layout...for example if I have an uncoded advertisement that I want to put up, and then have a video streaming over part of the image...how would I do so?

If you want to make something appear over the top of something else, you'll need to use layers. Layers can be stacked on top of each other using the z-index attribute, e.g.:

    HTML Code:
    <div style="z-index:1;"></div>
    <div style="z-index:2;"></div>
Layers with a higher z-index appear on top of lower ones.

You'll probably want to spend a bit of time learning how to use layers properly. Here's more code you can play with:

    HTML Code:
    <div style="position:absolute; width:200px; height:115px; z-index:2; left: 67px; top: 63px;">Video Stuff</div>
