    Find bal to unbal converter

    Beyond my knowledge base-
I have a TOA (W-912A) wall mounted pa system
Wanted to record (mono cassette) and use Hearing Assist (Nady wireless) from pa (both RCA input)
    PA only had input modules
Installed a output module (says its balanced) with H-C-E wire connections
How or can I connect/convert three wire to RCA (unbalanced)
Iíve tried all combos of three wire to two with no success
Am I to use some kind of converter?
    Where might I purchase?
Can I use a RCA splitter for the two devices I want to connect or get another output module?
    Thx

What is H-C-E connections, I've never come across that before?

It's too bad that you could not get an unbalance output module because this would eliminate your current problem. But since your new output module is balance - yes, you need a converter to go from balanced wiring to unbalanced for the recorder and hearing assists equipment.

Can you exchange it for the correct module? Otherwise your spending more money to solve a problem when you don't need to.

Thanks for the reply - the label H, C, E (per the dealer) stands for Hot, Cold, Earth. Their only output module is the balanced variety, so I'll convert - I guess I got into more than I wanted. Appreciate the the assistance, Bob

I'm always learning something new, one way or another... H, C, E - I love it!!

There are many types of converters out there so you'll have to be specific. Your best shot is probably a store like Guitar Center or Sam Ash since they deal primarily with audio or any musical instrument store near you.
