    hi i need a lil help plz.

    hi well i bought a new sonyhandycam dvd602e is the modle i bought and i have no idea how to get my videos onto my computer for editing so if any1 could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

    If you wanted to edit, you never should have purchased a DVD camcorder.
    Either take it back and get a DV camcorder or spend hours of frustration trying to get the DVD into the computer.With poor results on top of it/

    i cant take back this lousy thing cost me 1200 bucks and the shop i bought from said it is the best thing round do you know how to get onto the computer by any chance?

    I personally own both a DVD camcorder and a mini-dv camcorder.
    If I really want to edit the dvd I use an ADS DVD Express to capture the analog output and then edit in Pinnacle..There is some loss of quality.
    There are other options as you will find out in the above forum.

    Just a suggestion wardy, never buy what some store says is the best thing around, esspecially with technology. For them, best usually means "best profit and most fancy features and acronyms to woo customers". do your own research instead .

    im gonna do my own research from now and not listen to them snake like sales ppl i got banned from there crapy shop last night anyway
