    change the browser color

    Hi Dave,

    I want to change the browser color in both mozilla and IE.
    Is there any way to do this?
    Please help...

    Hi Sougata,

    I assume you mean you want to change the colour of you visitors' browsers when they visit your website, as opposed to changing the colour of your own browsers.

    The browser colour is part of the operating system and can't be changed by a website. The closest you can come is changing the colour of the scrollbar using CSS.

    As an aside, anything which attempts to change the browser in any way is usually referred to as "hijacking the browser" and is considered undesirable.

    My understanding is that Firefox/Mozilla doesn't support the scrollbar CSS.
