    VHS-C Playback

I have several VHS-C tapes. In my very, very OLD VCR they played just fine in the VHS-C Adapter. But on my new Combo DVD/VCR unit which has recording capabilities, the tape is all scrambled. I was hoping to be able to "burn" these home movies to DVD, any hints on how to get them to play properly?

chances are that the new player will not read the format. however, you may try a new adapter. i am pretty sure this will not work, but you can always take it back. What you may have to do is put the Old VCR in the input on the DVD burner and but it that way.
