non ascii chars in playlist

i have another problem, which relates also somehow to multi language.
i tried to create my own playlist file, where i entered some Hungarian texts.
e.g. <folder label="Videó">
or <file label="UPC Reklám 2" url="video/upc reklam.flv" desc="upc reklám" /> (reklám means advertisement)

so what i found is that if there is a non ascii character anywhere in the playlist the item is not displayed in the Media Player.

do you have a solution for this? or only ascii chars are allowed into playlist file

thank you
Ivan

u can probably fix that by place a xhtml & markup of the char u need... if u have dreamweaver and say u r coding an html u can press & and it usally will hint u with a list of the possiblities. for example gives u a white space, these codes r there specially for people who need the special chars and they validate as xhtml

that site has a list i am sure u can use them. but the best way is just simply write them in english

sorry it doesn't work for me.
the player displays the string as it is.
except of á, it displays á in the folder.

I will look into this and try to find a workaround for the next release.
