    Connect two TVs

    Question:

How would I connect two tv sets to play one vhs tape?

I'd imagine there was a way to do this via the monitors or the vhs machines, but I'm not sure exactly how to do it/ don't know which cords or adapters I'd need--

    Thanks for any suggestions--

Can you have a look on your VCR and tell us exactly what sort of outputs you have?

The best way is likely to be to use different outputs to go to each TV, but we'll need to know what outputs you have available.

    Connecting 2 TVs

Sure- I have two vhs machines, each with 2 sets of tri-color & two coaxial outs. I also have access to one of those vhs-w/-tv things & it has 1 coaxial out, 1 audio out & 1 video out--

    thanks for responding--

I forgot to ask what inputs your TVs have. If at least one of the TVs has AV inputs, you're in luck.

Connect the AV output from the VCR (the coloured connectors) to the AV inputs of the TV. Set that TV to AV input.

Connect the RF (aerial) output of the VCR to the aerial input of other TV. Tune that TV to the VCR just like you tune it to TV channels.

Now when you play a tape it will appear on both TVs.

If you have any trouble, let us know exactly what you have managed to do and exactly what the problem is.
