    From personal experience I KNOW that the customer is almost always NOT happy with the result. They DO expect miracles from footage from an old battered VHS tape shot 10 years ago and expect it to look like broadcast TV!!!

    I know the feeling..I experience that a lot too!
    get your act right.

    Hey Steve
    There is a VERY simple solution of course!! Don't play with other people's tapes!! I only use my very own raw footage shot on my cams and then if it's bad there is ONLY one person to blame!!!

    It's even dicey if you say "Go to Fred's Video, he does that sort of thing"..when Fred botches the job YOU are the one to blame!!!! I just say "I don't that sort of thing...check in the Yellow Pages for someone that does"
