I'm one of the developers for the project:

Trying to see if someone knows the answers to the following questions:
    1. FLV Streaming Header, does anyone has ny documentation on that?

    2. Does anyone know a player that u can embed in the page, that supports NSV format and will be a pretty easy plugin for firefox to understand?

    3. Does anyone know a good OGG video broadcasting software?
    Hi, darkav

I'm certainly not an expert in the technical realm, but I have seen a streaming player recently that is super advanced (imo) and may be able to help you find what you need.
It does alot of things that other players lack, like fullscreen high definition streaming and it's not a software package that you have to download, it just streams right off the web page without even buffering.
It only requires 100kbps bandwidth which is incredibly low compared to other players out there too.
I don't know how they figured out how to do such high quality at such low bandwidth but they sure have some nifty skills. Maybe they can point you in the right direction.
The company is called and the player is right on the demo section of the site.

    Hope this helps!
