What does this mean and how do I fix it in Premier Pro 2.0?

This comes at a point of rendering or exporting, what percent does it get to before you see the error? Do you always get the error at the same point?
What are you doing, exactly, when you get the error?
2 x Dual Core Xeon 3.0, Premiere Elements 1 - 7, Premiere Pro CS3, After Effects CS3, Soundbooth, Heroglyph, Vitascene, EncoreDVD

    transcoding error

I get this error when trying to Make the DVD and again last night while trying to make an ISO? Image. the error is at .14% for DVD and .15% iso. befor I began editing I made rough cut of the captured video. now that itis shorter with titles I seem to be stuck.

My patience with Adobe Premier 2.0 is xxxx all that work and still no results.

    Mahalo for your reply
