    Returns on a Reverb/Processor

Hi, I'm new here and to working with audio in general so don't get too upset with me if I don't know everything. I'm working on fixing up our school's long neglected audio system in our auditorium and wondering where to route the returns on our reverb and our effects processor. Which do you think is better, the aux return or a stereo channel? Right now, I only have one stereo channel available. Should I put the reverb or the processor (or none) on it?

Hi rbmore, welcome to the forum. It would be a poor forum if we got upset with people who didn't know everything (and a few people would be upset with me so don't be shy about asking.

My feeling would be to use the aux return simply because you don't have much in the way of spare input channels. If probably won't be long before you want to add another input source.
