    video switcher for laptop

    Hi.

I would like to know if there is a programm for using my laptop for video switching instead of a "physical" video switcher. we make small videos (theater plays) with two dvc-30 pany and don't want to edit, that's why we capture it live.

Thank you for your help and sorry for my english, I'm french

I haven't seen anything like this that works well... not to say one doesn't exist, just that I haven't seen one.

    Premiere Pro CS4

I know you said you don't want to edit but I think you should take a look at this feature, it might change your mind.

If you have heard of Blackmagic Design, they have a card called Intensity/Pro which comes with a software called On-Air 2.0 when you have two Intensity cards plugged in.

    Setbacks?
    1. It is meant for tower systems.
    2. Each card costs USD249 - 349 (Intensity and Intensity Pro respectively)
There's no bad camera, just a bad user
