    Premier Elements Audio Problem

I have a friend who sent a video update to my church (he is a missionary) and the video had a few audio timing problems. Here is the problem in his own words.

"It plays fine in Adobe Premier Elements, but then when I export it, a couple of the clips come out with the video lagging the audio a little (just a few of the clips, not the rest)."

Any help with this problem would be great.
    Thanks

What format is it being exported to?
What was the original footage taken/captured from?

It was shot on a digital still camera and a video camera. I need to get the rest of the details from him tomorrow.

Probably will need to convert the files to DV-AVI. You can possibly use Windows Movie Maker to do that or another free program called Super.
