Usage of audio files in noncommercial games

I am a bit confused by the terms of use... and I don't want to risk ignoring them since I like this website .

Can I use the audio files on this website (www.Mediacollege.com) in games I have written myself for non-commercial use outside my current education at school (I am a autodidact, a self-taught person)?

I kinda don't want to get a delay with my working scheme, so I am kinda waiting for a reply

To be strictly safe I'd have to say no, but at the same time I don't mind if you do and it's highly unlikely that anyone else would mind either. People who donated sound files have agreed to let them be used for personal use, so if you think you can call your use personal, go for it.
