Lagging / Overlap problem in ImageReady?

    Hello!

I do not know if this has been posted before, I have not yet had time to read many threads
I am having trouble with an Animated GIF. It is made in ImageReady, it has 12 frames and 13 layers, and is currently Optimised with Web Palette, 256 colours. (I am new to ImageReady, so if any of this information makes no sense... )

I have tried ordering the layers chronological and backward, deleting spare layers, merging what I can, etc. Yet each time I get the following.

This is my image, can you see the problem? It... I do not know the word, lags? Overlap? I do not know if it is just my computer, or if it is all.

Is there a solution to this, do you know?

    Thank you in advance!

This is related to the "disposal method" for each frame. The disposal method determines whether one frame should be discarded or left intact when the next frame is shown.

Right-click each frame in the animation palette and try different methods. A little bit of trial and error should sort it out.
