    Mono to Stereo

Is there any way in Premiere to get a mono track to play on the left, and another to play on the right? I'm trying to mimic a sort of stereo effect with only mono audio.

If there's any free way of doing it I'm all ears, no pun intended!

    Hi James

Premiere should have much the same controls as Sony Vegas. In Vegas all you do is duplicate the track and then set the first as right channel only and the second as left channel only. However Vegas automatically plays the audio thru both speakers if you leave just one track but select just one channel which is the same effect unless you are intending to play with each track so they are slightly different.

    Premiere will have similar controls

Use the audio mixer. Above each track there's a pan control.

    Cheers fellas :-)

The video is finished from what I can tell, so it's just exporting. I'll give you the link as soon as the client OK's it!
