    Audio/Video format

Hello and thank you for your advice. We are developing a site in which we will receive an abundance of video formats. With all the devices out there we need help with the following:

    1. How do we convert the mixture of formats that we will receive into the one format that we need for presentation on our site?

    2. What is that one format for audio and for video that we need?

    3. What is the html that we would use to present the result to our audience in their browser?

    Much Obliged....
