MOFILM and Chevrolet are calling on filmmakers from around the world to submit 30-second spots that capture the spirit of life’s journeys through the lens of the “everyday hero.”

There will be 15 winning films rewarded, three from each of five regions. The overall winning spot will be revealed live on air during Super Bowl XLVI on February 5, 2012 to an audience estimated to be in the hundreds of millions worldwide.

The deadline is December 1. The best films will then be posted online for fan sharing and voting. The Grand Prize winner and three winners from of the world’s regions – China/Asia Pacific, Europe, India/South Asia, Latin America and North America – will be determined by a combination of fan voting and Chevrolet.

After all the votes are tabulated, the winning 30-second spot will air during Super Bowl XLVI on February 5, 2012 while the winning filmmakers party at a series of Super Bowl parties held concurrently around the world
