    Which programing language are best for designs to web site and what is difference between HTML and CSS?

    Technically you don't need a programming language at all for website design - you only need HTML which is a markup language, not a programming language. You only need a programming language if you're trying to create something more than static HTML pages. In any case the best place to start without a doubt is HTML. It's the heart of all web design and if you're serious, you need to know HTML.

    As for the difference between HTML and CSS, HTML is the foundation of the web page, responsible for the overall content. CSS is an addition to HTML, providing a more efficient and flexible way to control the style and layout of the content. Start by learning HTML, then when you're ready, add CSS.

    HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language.It is not a programming language, it is a markup language.A markup language is a set of markup tags.HTML uses markup tags to describe web pages

    CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets.Styles define how to display HTML elements.

    Dave is right you don't need a programming language to create website. All you need to do is to familiarize yourself at HTML mark-up and you can create your own website.
