    Audio Recording Software

I am searching for a decent software recorder to record audio. So far I've picked All Sound Recorder XP mainly because it can do all I need (like recording phone conversations, radio, editing, conversion) and costs two to three times less than most other titles. Did any one get All Sound Recorder XP? Anything good or bad? Or should I get something else?

Not sure about the phone stuff, but I've seen disscussion about it in their forums & FAQs. Lots of bells and whistles... If you have done any editing audio or video, the learning curve is not to bad.

They do have a fully functional free trial version.

I have Cakewalk Pyro. It works fine for single track recording and only costs $29 if you download it from the site.
