    few questions regarding sound mixer

    Can anyone pls help me on how does an auxilliary send & return works? Also, how does a MON OUT different from MAIN OUT? thanks heeps

    Have a look at this page, it explains effects send & return (see the 2nd diagram):

    MON could be "mono" or "monitor". If it's mono, it will be a mono version of the stereo output. If it's monitor, it will probably be a separate monitor feed that is controlled by a monitor pot on each channel as well as a master monitor level.

    These things vary between mixers so it's useful to know which mixer you're using.
